10月18日，柳工在老撾中部塔克舉行服務中心開業(yè)典禮，標志著柳工在老撾本地化服務邁出關鍵一步。該中心將依托完善的服務網(wǎng)絡，為當?shù)乜蛻籼峁└咝А⑷娴囊徽臼椒罩С帧Ａご怼⒑献骰锇椤⒖蛻艏懊襟w等嘉賓共同見證這一重要時刻。

On October 18, LiuGong officially opened its new service center in Thakhek, central Laos, marking a key step in the company's localized service network across Laos. The center will provide customers with more efficient, comprehensive, and localized one-stop support. The inauguration ceremony was attended by LiuGong representatives, partners, customers, and media.

新建成的服務中心具備四大核心功能。專業(yè)維修與保養(yǎng)：配備專業(yè)工具，支持柳工全系列設備的故障診斷、大修與定期維護；配件供應：設立配件倉庫，儲備常用及關鍵配件，大幅縮短設備待修時間；技術培訓賦能：作為本地培訓基地，定期為客戶及技術人員提供操作、保養(yǎng)與排障指導；快速響應機制：建立服務熱線與調度體系，確保客戶需求得到第一時間響應。

The newly established service center offers four core functions: Professional repair and maintenance services, equipped with specialized tools to support full-range LiuGong equipment; Parts supply, with a warehouse stocking common and critical components to significantly reduce downtime; Technical training programs, serving as a local training base for equipment operation and maintenance; Rapid response mechanisms, featuring a service hotline and dispatch system to ensure timely support.
